Best Site Award is no more! That's right it has been a
long run (over 20 months), but we have decided to close
our award program due to time constraints. We plan on
leaving our winners list up so you may check out some
of the past winners of this prestigious award. |

Requirements:

warez, hacking, phreaking, or pornography.
Load
time @ 56k must be under 30 sec.
If
music is used, must be able to turn off.
Must
be in English.
Sites
must obtain a score of 80 pts.

Content
- 20 pts.
Creativity
- 20 pts.
Originality
- 20 pts.
Ease
of Navigation - 20 pts.
